Taco Pasta Shell Casserole

Pasta or tacos for dinner?  Why not a taste of both with this fusion of Italian and Tex-Mex flavors.  Jumbo shells filled with taco seasoned ground beef, mozzerella and cheddar cheeses topped with an enchilada sauce.  Bake in oven for 45 minutes and garnish with chopped tomato, fresh cilantro or sour cream.
